No CommentsLutyens Delhi was intended for about a million people; the population there now is manifold that figure, apart from the vehicles and buildings. Delhi as a whole has become a quagmire of buildings, roads, vehicles, and people. That it should have been preserved as an administrative capital was an idea that did not appeal to the senses of anyone it is obvious.
